Electronic Singapore Citizenship Application (e-SC) for Overseas Born Minors

From 25 October 2018, applications for Singapore Citizenship may be submitted online. To apply online, the Singapore Citizen parent is required to log in to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) e-service - eSC using his/her SingPass account.  More information can be found here.  Applicants who are unable to submit online applications may write to ICA Citizenship Unit for assistance at www.ica.gov.sg/contact-us.
