Closure of the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi from Wednesday, 30 April 2025 to Sunday, 4 May 2025

NOTIFICATION
The Embassy will be closed from Wednesday, 30 April 2025 to Sunday, 4 May 2025 in observance of Victory Day and International Labour Day. We will resume operations on 5 May 2025.
A gentle reminder that the Vietnam government offices will also be closed from 30 April to 4 May 2025. In the event of lost passport, the Embassy will only issue new Documents of Identity (for return to Singapore) when we resume operations on 5 May 2025, given that Singaporeans will only be able to submit this to the Vietnam Immigration Office for their exit permit application when the offices reopen on 5 May 2025. Please note that the Vietnam Immigration Office’s usual processing time for exit permit applications is at least 5 working days.
