Closure of the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi from 27 to 31 January 2025

NOTIFICATION
The Embassy will be closed from 27 to 31 January 2025 in observance of the 2025 Tet Holidays. We will resume operations on 3 February 2025.
A gentle reminder that the Vietnam government offices will also be closed from 25 January 2025 to 2 February 2025. In the event of lost passport, the Embassy will only issue new Documents of Identity (for return to Singapore) when we resume operations on 3 February 2025, given that Singaporeans will only be able to submit this to the Vietnam Immigration Office for their exit permit application when the offices reopen on 3 February 2025. Please note that the Vietnam Immigration Office’s usual processing time for exit permit applications is at least 5 working days.
