Registration to attend the Stakeholder Engagement Event in Singapore on 6 March 2013 for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)

            Round 16 of the TPP negotiations will take place at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore, from 4-13 March 2013. Registration is now open for TPP stakeholders interested to participate in the stakeholder programme.

Stakeholder Programme

            The Stakeholder Engagement Event is scheduled for 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Wednesday, 6 March 2013, also at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. Tables to display and distribute TPP-relevant materials will be set up for stakeholders who requested for one, on a first-come-first-served basis. At the event, stakeholders will have the opportunity to raise questions and share views directly with negotiators and other stakeholders. This will be followed by a Stakeholder Briefing with the Chief Negotiators of each TPP delegation from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Registration details

            All stakeholders who would like to share their views on the TPP with negotiators and other stakeholders are welcome. Please note that registration will close at 5pm (Singapore Time) on Friday, 22 February 2013.  The organisers regret that they will not be able to process late registrations or on-the-spot registrations at the event.

            Please visit (this link) to register. Prior to the event, a stakeholder information package will be circulated electronically to your email address as provided during registration. The stakeholder package will contain registration details including the location and operating times of the registration desk where you can collect your stakeholder pass. Do note that you will need to have photo identification on hand to collect your registration pass.
