        It is with deep regret that we inform you that Mr S R Nathan, former President of Singapore, passed away on Monday, 22 August 2016. 

        A Condolence Book will be opened at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi at No. 41 and 43 Tran Phu Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi during the following periods:

        Tuesday, 23 August 2016               1300 hrs to 1700 hrs

        Wednesday, 24 August 2016        

        to Friday, 26 August 2016               0900 hrs to 1200 hrs

                                                                1400 hrs to 1700 hrs
