Note: With reference to Para 5 of Invitation Letter, the Embassy does not bind itself to the lowest, the whole or any Quote. In this regard, all bidders were assessed based on the following changes to the Price Schedule: (i) 13 x L-shaped work desk (instead of 14), (ii) 17 x bookshelf (instead of 18), (iii) 15 x High-back office chair (instead of 16). All other options offered to the Embassy were considered, including 25 mobile cabinets/pedestals.

Contract Period: This Contract shall commence with effect from the date of signing and shall remain in force in the manner specified in the Contract until the Goods and/or Services as specified in the Contract have been fully performed and delivered by the Contractor.
