1         We refer to the above-mentioned Invitation to Quote for Replacement of Perimeter Fence for Chancery Rooftop at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.

2      We would like to inform all bidders that a revised Annex C – Requirement Specifications for the above bid has been issued and will form part of the bidding documents for the purpose of the above bid.  This will replace the earlier Annex C provided to participating bidders.  Interested/participating bidders are to contact Ms Mock Hui Ling at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for the revised Annex C – Requirement Specifications.

3        There is no change to the deadline of 24 Oct, 1700hrs (VNT) for the submission of bids.
