Invitation to Quote for 2-year pest control contract for Singapore Embassy in Hanoi

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the Pest Control Service Contract at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi and the Official Residence.

The contract period is for 2 years from 15 May 2022 to 14 May 2024.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: ngo_thu_phuong@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract, requirement specifications and price schedule). The Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract, requirement specifications and price schedule) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.

Please contact ngo_thu_phuong@mfa.sg or Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extensions will be given to the closing date.

All interested parties must submit their bids i.e. completed price schedule form, proposal and company profile to the following email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid email.

2. Closing Date

The quotation opening period will be from 10 to 18 January 2022.

All quotations must be submitted via email to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Tan Huay Peng, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) latest by 5.00pm on 18 January 2022 (Hanoi time). Late submissions will be disqualified.

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website and bulletin board at the Embassy.
