Invitation to Quote for Health Insurance Coverage Plan for Staff at Singapore Embassy in Hanoi

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for 1-year Health Insurance Coverage Plan for Staff at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.

The contract period is for 1 year from 1 March 2023 to 29 February 2024.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Tan Huay Peng via email at Hanoi_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the quotation documents.

Please contact Ms Phuong at +84-243-848-9168 if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.

All interested parties must submit their bids i.e. completed price schedule form, proposal and company profile to the following email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid email.

2. Closing Date

The quotation opening period will be from 10 October 2022, 0900 hrs to 21 October 2022, 1700 hrs.

All quotations must be submitted via email to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to First Secretary (Administration & Consular) Tan Huay Peng latest by 5.00pm on 21 October 2022.  Late submissions will be disqualified.

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

(a)        Price competitiveness (40%);

(b)       Compliance with specifications (30%);

(c)        Relevant experiences (20%); and

(d)       Innovation (10%)

5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website and bulletin board at the Embassy.
