Invitation to Quote for Maintenance and HVAC and other equipment for Singapore Official Residence
1. Contract period
The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for a 2-year M&E, HVAC and other equipment maintenance service contract for the Singapore Official Residence in Hanoi.
Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: ngo_thu_phuong@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract and requirement specifications). The Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract and requirement specifications) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.
Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extensions will be given to the closing date.
2. Closing Date
The quotation opening period will be from 11 May 2020, 0900 hrs to 19 May 2020, 1700 hrs.
All interested parties must submit their quotations i.e. completed price schedule form, product brochures, proposal and company profile to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg via email[1], latest by 5.00 pm on 19 May 2020 (Hanoi time). Late submissions will be disqualified. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
4. Evaluation Criteria
All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation
The award of quotation will be posted on our website at www.mfa.gov.sg/hanoi and bulletin board at the Embassy.
