Invitation to Quote for supply and delivery of 1 executive saloon car for Singapore Embassy in Hanoi
1. Contract period
The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the supply & delivery of an executive saloon car for official use for the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.
Interested parties are to contact Ms Tan Huay Peng at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: tan_huay_peng@mfa.gov.sg to request for the Quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and specifications of current vehicle). The Quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and specifications of current vehicle) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.
Please contact Ms Tan if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extensions will be given to the closing date.
2. Closing Date
The quotation opening period will be from 7 October 2019, 0900 hrs to 15 October 2019, 1700 hrs.
All interested parties must submit their quotations i.e. completed price schedule form, proposal and company profile to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg via email[1], and carbon copied (cc) to First Secretary (Administration & Consular) Tan Huay Peng at tan_huay_peng@mfa.gov.sg, latest by 5.00pm on 15 October 2019. Late submissions will be disqualified. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid.
3. Validity of Quotation
The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.
4. Evaluation Criteria
All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation
The award of quotation will be posted on our website at www.mfa.gov.sg/hanoi and bulletin board at the Embassy.
