Invitation to Quote for the 2-year Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Preventive Maintenance Service Contract at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the M&E Preventive Maintenance Service Contract at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi

The contract period is for 2 years from 1 December 2018 to 30 November 2020.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: ngo_thu_phuong@mfa.sg  to request for the quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and price schedule).

Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.

All interested parties must submit their bids i.e. completed price schedule form, proposal and company profile to the following email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg. Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid email.

2. Closing Date

The quotation opening period will be from 4 to 14 September 2018.

All quotations must be submitted via email to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Mr Tay Lai Huat, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) latest by 5.00pm on 14 September 2018. Late submissions will be disqualified.

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website and bulletin board at the Embassy.
