Invitation to Quote for the provision of Vietnamese language training services for Singapore Diplomat in Hanoi

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the provision of Vietnamese language training services for one Singaporean officer in Hanoi.

The contract period is for 24 weeks from 4 January 2016 to 17 June 2016.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Pham Viet Nga at tel: 04 3848 9168 or email: pham_viet_nga@mfa.sg to request for the quotation documents (specifications and annex A, conditions of contract and price schedule). Please contact Ms Nga if you require any clarifications pertaining to the quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.

All interested parties must submit their bids and all required documents to the following email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg. If the file size is too large to be emailed, it can be mailed to the Embassy instead.

Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid email.

2. Closing Date

All quotations must be submitted via email to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg latest by 5.00pm on Friday, 16 October 2015. Late submissions will be disqualified.

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website and bulletin board at the Embassy.
