Invitation to Quote for 2-year Building Management System Comprehensive Maintenance Contract at Singapore Embassy in Hanoi

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for 2-year Building Management System Comprehensive Maintenance Contract at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: ngo_thu_phuong@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract and requirement specifications). The Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract and requirement specifications) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.

Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extensions will be given to the closing date.

2. Closing Date

The quotation opening period will be from 7 September 2020, 0900 hrs to 15 September 2020, 1700 hrs.

All interested parties must submit their quotations i.e. completed price schedule form, product brochures, proposal and company profile to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg and Tan_Huay_Peng@mfa.gov.sg via email[1], latest by 5.00pm on 15 September 2020 (Hanoi time).  The email should be addressed to First Secretary (Administration & Consular) Tan Huay Peng.  Late submissions will be disqualified.  Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid.

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website at www.mfa.gov.sg/hanoi and bulletin board at the Embassy.
