Invitation to Quote for 2-year integrated facilities management (M&E and BMS) at Singapore Embassy in Hanoi

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for a 2-year integrated facilities management (Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) and Building Management System (BMS)) Contract at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Tan Huay Peng at tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents. The Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract and requirement specifications) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.

Please contact Ms Tan if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extensions will be given to the closing date.

2. Closing Date

The quotation opening period will be from 18 July 2022, 0900 hrs to 29 July 2022, 1700 hrs.

All interested bidders must come to the Chancery at 41 Tran Phu, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi to complete a compulsory site survey on Wednesday, 20 July 2022 from 10:30am to 12pm.  Please contact the Embassy to confirm your attendance at least 1 day in advance.  Please bring along your identification card for registration purposes.

All interested parties must submit their quotations i.e. completed price schedule form, product brochures, proposal and company profile to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg via email[1], latest by 5.00pm on 29 July 2022 (Hanoi time).  Late submissions will be disqualified.  Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid.

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website at www.mfa.gov.sg/hanoi and bulletin board at the Embassy.
