Invitation to Quote for Shipment of personal effects from Hanoi, Vietnam to Singapore

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the shipment of personal effects from Hanoi, Vietnam to Singapore.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Ngo Thu Phuong at Tel: 024 3848 9168 or email: hanoi_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract and requirement specifications). The Quotation documents (covering letter, instruction to potential suppliers, conditions of contract, requirement specifications and price schedule) and award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.

Please contact Ms Phuong if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. No extensions will be given to the closing date.

2. Closing Date

The quotation opening period will be from 18 October 2021, 0900hrs to 26 October 2021, 1700hrs.

All interested parties must submit their quotations i.e. completed price schedule form, product brochures, proposal and company profile[1] to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg via email[1], latest by 1700 hrs on 26 October 2021 (Hanoi time).  Late submissions will be disqualified.  Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid.

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website at www.mfa.gov.sg/hanoi and bulletin board at the Embassy.

[1] If the company profile file is too large, it can be mailed to the Embassy.
