Invitation to Quote for the provision of Vietnam language training courses for two officers at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite quotations for the provision of Vietnam language training courses for two officers at the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi.

The contract period for Officer A is from 12 April 2021 to 4 June 2021 and the contract period for Officer B is from 13 September 2021 to 5 November 2021.

Interested parties are to contact Regina Ho at email: Regina_Ho@mfa.gov.sg  to request for the Quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and price schedule). The Quotation documents (requirements, conditions of contract and price schedule) and Award notice will be sent through email or disseminated by hard copies to all interested parties at the Embassy.

Please contact Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg if you require any clarifications pertaining to the Quotation documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.

All interested parties must submit their bids i.e. completed price schedule form, proposal and company profile to the following email: Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg. If the company profile file is too large to be emailed, it can be mailed to the Embassy instead.

Agreement to the Embassy’s conditions of contract must also be indicated in the bid email.

2. Closing Date

The quotation opening period will be from 22 February 2021 0900 hrs to 2 March 2021 1700 hrs.

All quotations must be submitted via email to Hanoi_Procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to First Secretary (Administration & Consular) Tan Huay Peng latest by 5.00pm on 2 March 2021. Late submissions will be disqualified.

3. Validity of Quotation

The submitted quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Quotation

The award of quotation will be posted on our website and bulletin board at the Embassy.
