Invitation to Tender for the Provision of 2-year Security Manpower Services Contract for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore

1. Contract period

The Singapore Embassy in Hanoi would like to invite tenders for the Provision of 2-year Security Manpower Services Contract for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Hanoi and the Official Residence of the Singapore Ambassador, estimated from 10 August 2022 to 9 August 2024.

Interested parties are to contact Ms Tan Huay Peng at tel: +84-24 3848 9168 or email: hanoi_procurement@mfa.sg to request for the tender package. Please contact Ms Tan if you require any clarifications pertaining to the tender documents during the open quotation period and before the closing date. There will be no extensions to the closing date.

2. Closing Date

The tender opening period will be from 7 February to 31 March 2022.  A compulsory site briefing will be conducted for interested tenderers on Thursday, 10 February 2022 at 1100 hrs.

All interested parties must submit their sealed tender proposal BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Hanoi and addressed to the Government of the Republic of Singapore; Attention: Ms Tan Huay Peng, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) latest by 1700 hrs (GMT +7) on 31 March 2022.  Late submissions will be disqualified.

3. Validity of Tender

The submitted tender proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Evaluation Criteria

All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below.

5. Award of Tender

The tender award will be posted on the Singapore Embassy’s website and bulletin board at the Embassy.
